World Vision has Launched the "It Takes a World to End Domestic Violence Against Children" Online Public Welfare Activities
There is a form of violence which does not leave scars on your body, but it can cast a shadow that lingers in your life. This is what verbal abuse can do. To help more people understand the harm of verbal abuse and to encourage the building of happy families, World Vision is continuing the “It Takes a World to End Domestic Violence against Children” online campaign from November 18 to 22. We will be joining hands with celebrities and education experts to promote the use of positive communication to build happy family relationships, so that children can grow in safe, peaceful and loving environments.
World Vision's Second Batch of Relief Items Arrived in Jiangxi Province
This week, World Vision China distributed another 288 tons of rice, 7,200 quilts and 4,800 family kits, worth RMB346 million in total, in Wuyuan County and Pengze County, Jiangxi Province. About 50 thousand people benefitted from the distributed aid.

World Vision China Donated 84 sets of Most Needed Medical Equipment to 3 Key Hospitals in Wuhan City
Recently, World Vision China donated 84 sets of most needed medical equipment valued around RMB 3.12 million to 3 key hospitals in Wuhan City of Hubei Province, to assist them in fighting against novel coronavirus, after learning their needs. The donation was made through China Charity Federation, under the guidance of Medical Management Service Guidance Center, National Health Commission.
World Vision Transports Emergency Supplies to Support Response Against Novel Coronavirus 2019 Outbreak in China
On 3 February 2020, nearly 50 thousand masks provided by World Vision China against novel coronavirus arrived in 5 counties.The donated medical supplies will be distributed through World Vision China’s local partners to those departments in urgent need.

In 2019, World Vision China worked in 12 provinces/municipalities/regions across China. The funding is supported by World Vision offices worldwide, of which over 60% is raised from the Hong Kong public.
